Thrive Leadership Seminar

Thrive Leadership Seminar is a one-day seminar geared toward Leaders, senior and executive pastors, ministry leaders, leadership teams, as well as everyone who is presently in a leadership position. (Leading a group of people or a ministry). The theme of this seminar is "Creating a Culture of Growth". We want to equip leaders with the tools, systems, and mindset they need to grow personally and to grow their ministry, church, or organization. We will discuss the many challenges Pastors and Leaders face while navigating uncharted territory. There have been significant changes resulting from the Pandemic. The way we used to do church (pre covid) is drastically different from what we are experiencing and must do now (post covid).
